Please ONLY apply for financial support if you are able to provide supporting documents as evidence below:
 
1. Evidence to show that you work or have worked in the drinks industry for 3 years full time or 5 years part time – e.g. pay slips, P60, or an employment reference letter.
2. Evidence of financial hardship and that you have NO SAVINGS – this will be gathered through an open banking process, a link will be provided.
3. Supporting evidence to demonstrate what the financial assistance is required for e.g. utility bills, rent arrears etc
 
Please DO NOT start the application process until you have all of the evidence above.  Once you start the application you will not be able to leave and return to it. 
 
Applications WITHOUT supporting evidence will not be processed.
 
Please NOTE that we cannot provide financial support if we have already helped you within the past 12 months.
