James Chase is the founder of BAZ & CO skincare. A driving force building Chase Distillery at the early embers of the UK's craft distillery industry, having recently partnered with Diageo. A passion for distilling has taken him into the cosmetic world with the launch of BAZ & CO, a male skincare brand which ingredients are grown in a vertical farm. The brand is on a mission to make men feel great. James is also a proud supporter of The Drinks Trust and Action Against Hunger Charities and teamwork, all balanced with a good dose of fun. 

Stephen Duckett grew up on the farms in Somerset before spending 20 years creating businesses at the heart of the software and internet revolutions.  Educated at Oxford in engineering, then at Harvard Business School, he taught entrepreneurship at Oxford University before establishing new vineyards and a state of the art winery at Hundred Hills in 2012, together with his wife Fiona, in the beautiful Stonor Valley in Oxfordshire.
