The WSET Level 1 and 2 in Spirits and Level 1 and 2 in Wines, alongside an incredible experience at Mixology School with Miles Cunliff. When I first signed up for the WSET courses, I was driven by the desire to understand more than just the basics of wine and spirits. Then, there was the Mixology School with Miles Cunliff. The more I learned, the more I realized how deeply connected this industry is to creating experiences—whether through wine, spirits, or cocktails. These courses didn’t just teach me the technicalities; they lit a spark. They showed me the endless possibilities in hospitality, the power of flavors to elevate experiences, and the importance of continually learning and evolving. After spending years honing my skills in fine dining, learning from incredible mentors, and growing with every new challenge, I’m now setting my sights on something bigger. I want to find a place—a pub, to be specific—that I can truly make my own, where I can pour every bit of my knowledge, experience, and heart into creating something special.
